Explore the synergistic relationship between mind, body & spirit. Healthy function is the primary objective of Pilates. It is a vital discipline that develops the deep core muscles responsible for pelvic stability, as well as the superficial musculature that can flex, extend, side bend and rotate the spine. From a balanced center, we can then move outward and improve range of motion for shoulders and hips.
The physical and mental strength derived from a Pilates practice may produce a deep sense of support in all activities, allowing us to coordinate physical effort and experience the body with a sense of ease.
This live streaming series is offered every Wednesday in June 2020, from 10-11AM.
Cost for the series is $55 per person, or $15 for individual classes.
