Mindful Mat Pilates Series via Zoom

A series of movements intended to address the whole - body, mind and heart. With attention to the breath, alignment and flow we strengthen and lengthen using a combination of modified Pilates and Somatic movements. Moderately strenuous, suitable for most active persons.


Offered each Wednesday during September and October from 9:30-10:30AM EST.
